Norwin 51 North Hills 48   WATCH BROADCAST

Giuliana Giannikis connected on the go-ahead three-pointer with 33 seconds left as Norwin edged North Hills 51-48 in a non-section game. Giannikis finished with 16 points to lead the Knights (11-2, 4-1) while teammate Aubrey Graney scored 12. Delany Amato and Zoe Devlin also scored 16 points for the Indians (5-7, 3-2)

Penn-Trafford 61 Hempfield Area 41

Penn-Trafford built up a 35-16 lead and cruised to a 61-41 triumph at Hempfield Area in a non-section match up. Hannah Weishaar's 14 points topped the Warriors (10-3, 6-0) while Raya Johnson came in with 10. Ava Shipman scored a game-high 15 points for the Spartans (9-6, 1-4) while Lilly Houghtalen and Gabby Coccia each tallied 10.

Kiski Area 67 Armstrong 58

Jada Blanciak and Gianna Devito each had huge games for Kiski Area as the Cavaliers earned a 67-58 win over Armstrong in a non-section clash. Blanciak poured in 27 points while Devito netted 25 for Kiski Area (8-6, 2-4). Sophia Shumaker's 23 points powered the Riverhawks (6-9, 1-5).

Plum 63 Franklin Regional 45

Franklin Regional couldn't capitalize on a strong start, eventually falling to Plum 63-45 in a Section 1-5A tilt. The Panthers were ahead 14-10 through the first quarter but found themselves trailing 28-20 at halftime. Katherine Yaniga collected 11 points for Franklin Regional while Tamia West ended with 17 for the Mustangs (11-3, 6-1). Plum defeated FR 33-31 earlier in the season.

Greater Latrobe 63 West Mifflin 48

Maggie Maiers tallied 23 points while sister Morgan Maiers added 17 to lead Greater Latrobe to a 63-48 triumph at West Mifflin in Section 2-5A action. Aryah Scott notched 23 points for the Titans (6-10, 1-6) in the contest. The Wildcats (8-4, 5-2) have now won four of their last five games currently sitting in third place in the section.

Freeport 50 Derry Area 15

Derry Area trailed 25-4 after one and fell to Freeport 50-15 in a Section 1-4A match up. Nia DiSanti's 17 points lead the Yellowjackets (9-6, 4-3) while the Trojans fall to (3-11, 1-6).

Belle Vernon 61 Ringgold 19

Belle Vernon held a commanding 33-9 halftime advantage and went on to a 61-19 victory over Ringgold in Section 3-4A. Aubrey Brown and Saylor Lee each contributed 13 points to lead the Leopards (12-3, 7-1).

Elizabeth Forward 80 Southmoreland 24

Kaelynn Settles could not be stopped, finishing with 20 points as she lead Elizabeth Forward to an 80-24 win over Southmoreland in a Section 3-4A game. In addition to Settles, Mia Sostaric added 17 points for the Warriors (11-4, 7-1) while Ava Keefer checked in with eight points for the Scotties (1-15, 0-8).

Mount Pleasant 39 Yough 23

Mount Pleasant outscored Yough 12-4 in the second quarter to take control of the game and capture a 39-23 Section 3-4A win at Yough. Ryleigh Drzal and Morgan Gesinski had 15 and 12 points respectively for the Vikings (7-8, 4-4) while Mya Broadcaster registered seven points for the Cougars (6-9, 1-7).

Greensburg Central Catholic 89 Steel Valley 21

Erica Gribble racked up a game-high 22 points as Greensburg Central Catholic bashed Steel Valley 89-21 in Section 2-3A action. The Centurions scored 66 points in the first half alone. In addition to Gribble, Jayla Peterson contributed 17 points while Nolan Althof put in 11 for GCC (10-4, 7-1). Linajah Tyler reached double figures with 10 points for the Ironmen (1-16, 1-8).

Avonworth 51 Ligonier Valley 11

Ligonier Valley trailed 22-4 early and dropped a Section 2-3A game to Avonworth 51-11. Meg Obersteiner's 21 points paced the Antelopes (7-7, 6-2) while Ruby Smith and Bella Dalton each had five for the Rams (4-11, 3-6).

Jeannette 43 Riverview 26

Jeannette's strong season continues as the Jayhawks upended Riverview 43-26 in Section 4-2A play. Navarah Smith collected 22 points for the Jayhawks (11-4, 2-2) who outscored the Raiders 23-10 in the second half.
