Brent Whigham is a 1996 graduate of Jeannette Senior High School and a 2001 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He has spent more than a decade working in radio, television, and print. He has covered stories and teams in markets such as Indiana, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Greensburg in Pennsylvania and also in Miami, Florida.. He was previously a columnist for the PA SportsFever Network and jeannettejayhawks.net. He has also been nominated for several Achievement In Radio Awards, for his work with sports, news, and traffic.

Brent currently lives in the Greentree neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife Gina, daughter Brynn and son Dominic.
